Damien Sinclair Jefferies - Managing Director
Founder of Sinclairs Estate Agents. Damien has been working in Estate Agency for 18 years. He started his career in 1993 as a sales negotiator at Raymond Bushells in Chiswick. In 2000 Damien moved to Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and successfully managed their Battersea office for several years. After leaving Kinleigh , Damien managed a large property portfolio including the development of new build sites, house conversions and land acquistions, opening Sinclairs in September 2004. He acquired Granvilles in 2008, rebranding the company under the Sinclairs brand and expanding their block management department with currently over 65 blocks within the W2 and W11 areas of West London.

Alicja Worytkiewicz - Head Of Accounts
Joined Sinclairs in 2006 after graduating from Gdansk University in Poland. Since then she has achieved a complex experience in the property environment, ARLA qualified she is familiar with lettings legal regulations including handling income tax for Non-Resident Landlords. Currently she is in the process of qualifying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant as an ACCA student. Alicja, serving as Financial Controller, supports both sales and lettings departments to contribute towards effective governance together with managing the administration department to be efficient, effective and achieve ethical delivery of the company's goals.

Thomas Ross - Head of Sales
Thomas has worked in the property industry since 1997, he started his career in Surrey working for a well-known, reputable agent. He moved into the London market in 2003, where he has since worked in the south west London areas of Battersea, Clapham, Southfields and Wimbledon before moving into the central London areas of Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. Thomas has extensive training and in 2003 he gained the MNAEA award. Thomas currently lives in Esher in Surrey with his wife Frances but continues to own properties locally as a landlord. He particularly likes the local restaurants around the Westbourne Grove area and can often be seen Dining in the Hereford Road restaurant.

Marea Young-Taylor - Head Of Block Management
Working with Granvilles in lettings accounts and management since 2005 Marea took over the Block Management Department when Sinclairs acquired the company in 2008.
By both living and working in the W2 Marea has a wide knowledge of, and rapport with, both the area and its residents. As a Director for her own building she is also able to appreciate what it takes to provide a good management service. -
Tony O'Reilly - Head Of Lettings
Tony has worked in Lettings in West/Central London for 20 years. He started his career in 1991 as a Lettings Negotiator before working his way up to Managing the Lettings Department for the leading Independent in Chiswick, Fletcher Estates. After Fletchers was bought by Dexters in 2005, he continued to run the Chiswick Branch until he moved to the Dexter's Brook Green office in 2006 . He joined Sinclairs in January 2010.

Russell Sloan MRICS - Head of Commercial
Russell is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has spent the best part of 10 years working at two well-known niche firms of Chartered Surveyors based in the West End. Here Russell gained a wealth of experience representing a wide variety of commercial clients, acting for both landlords and tenants, providing expert advice on all matters relating to the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in Central London. As a chartered surveyor, Russell also undertakes professional work for Sinclairs residential and commercial clients, including lease extensions, rent reviews and a variety of valuation work.
