Sinclairs are full members of ARMA and we currently manage 60+ blocks with just over 600 leaseholders mostly in the W2, W9 & W11 area. Our smallest block has 3 flats and our largest block contains 64 flats. We try to keep all our blocks local so if there is a problem that needs our urgent attention, we can be on site very quickly.

Out of the blocks that we manage, the majority of these are share of freehold (Resident Management Company’s). We work directly for the management company and liaise very closely with the directors of the company who have been appointed by the leaseholders. No expenditure is undertaken without strict authority by the directors and we always copy them in on any correspondence that may relate to the building and other leaseholders.

Sinclairs prides itself on offering a local and personal service. We are not interested in expanding beyond our capabilities but to developing our stature within the local community. We also manage approximately 150 flats for Landlords and therefore have a good selection of service companies we use. Due to the amount of properties that we manage, we now have on call all levels of service from a one man band that carries out simple and easy to do jobs to large building companies who have refurbished the exterior and interior of blocks that we project manage.

The block management team comprises of Marea Young Taylor, Harvey Berg, Amanda Wyburn and Damien Jefferies. Harvey is our house book keeper who sets up the budgets, sends out the demands, processes cheques and the payment of invoices. Amanda deals with the day to day maintenance and contract issues and Damien oversees any building issues and other major works.
