The Block Management division of Sinclairs is dealt with by Marea Young-Taylor ably supported by management accounts and administrative personnel. In addition Sinclairs have a consultant RICS surveyor available for advice and assistance on Major Works programmes.

We work hand in hand with appointed leaseholders to programme your annual expenditure well in advance of service charge demands being issued. We are able to assist you in planning ahead for large items of expenditure and developing a sinking fund to cover the most expensive eventualities.

Our now significant portfolio within the W2 and W11 area enables us to negotiate highly competitive prices for outgoings such as Buildings Insurance and to keep contractors quotations competitive. Not only do we relieve you of the burden of day-to-day problems but we aim to provide you with a more cost effective solution in dealing with your building.

Sinclairs are members of the Ombudsman’s Scheme for Estate Agents.
